Keeping our residents safe is the highest priority of Tower Hamlets Homes. To prepare for the unlikely event of an emergency we need to provide up to date information on occupants of some properties to the London Fire Brigade.
We have asked a company called Kwest to carry out a questionnaire of residents who live in some of our blocks so that we can make sure that our information is up to date and also to ask for views on how we provide our services.
If you receive a questionnaire in the post we would be very grateful for your co-operation in providing the details requested. Phone calls may also be made if questionnaires are not returned to enable information to be obtained over the phone if this is easier for some residents.
