From this week we’ll be making changes to the way you report a repair using MyTHH. We’ll be introducing a visual tool that will let you tell us more about what’s wrong. You’ll be asked to click on pictures of locations and fixtures in your homes to pinpoint exactly where and what the fault is. You’ll be able to add comments to give us more details about the repair, and you’ll also be able to choose a day and timeslot for the repair to be carried out.
Your repair will be automatically created in our systems and you’ll get a reference number and be able to track progress on MyTHH in the 'My repairs' section.
How to use the new system
Once logged into your MyTHH account, click the ‘My repairs’ button and then you’ll see a screen like this:
From the dropdown menu, select the property that needs a repair, and then click ‘I want to…’ to request a new repair for that property.
Next, you’ll be able to pick what kind of repair is needed. The images below show you what this will look like in MyTHH:
The new system lets you pick the area of your home that’s affected – e.g., bath and showers, basins, and sinks. Then, you’re able to click on the online images to select the best description of the fault or damage:
You’ll then be given the option to pick a date and time for the repair to be completed; or, if we need more information, a member of staff will call you back about the issue.
For straightforward repairs, you’ll be able to log the repair and schedule an appointment for it to be fixed quickly and easily online.
