We're announcing the appointment of Ann Otesanya as CEO of THH, following the departure of Susmita Sen after seven years’ service.
Ann Lucas, Chair of THH said:
“Ann was Susmita’s first appointment to the new Executive Team and is ideally placed to provide continuity in delivering the Board’s mission of delivering great homes, great services and great communities, we are very happy to confirm Ann as our interim Chief Executive, while we recruit for a permanent candidate. She will be in this post for a minimum of nine months.”
Ms Otesanya brings a wealth of career experience and has been THH’s Director of Neighbourhood Services since 2016. Ms Otesanya directly manages the Environmental Services, Leasehold Services, Neighbourhoods and Rents functions at THH and has over 25 years of experience delivering social housing services including the London Borough of Enfield, and Hillingdon Homes.
