Like many people, some of our colleagues and contractors have had to self-isolate given the recent rise in infections in Tower Hamlets and the increase in self isolation notifications known as the ‘pingdemic’. We’re doing everything we can to make sure this doesn’t affect you but there may be times where some of our services are reduced. We’re sorry if this affects you. You can manage your repairs using MyTHH, and if you need to call us, we’ll answer as soon as we can. The impact of the pandemic is not over, so if you’re worried about anything, we’re still here for you.
Your safety remains our priority
Although restrictions are easing, we want everyone to continue to be safe. If you’re visiting us, we’re asking you and our staff to continue wearing a face covering and keep a safe distance.
If we or our contractors visit you at home, they will be wearing face coverings, unless they are exempt. Please make sure that you keep your distance and make sure your home is well ventilated during the visit.
