Before 2018, Thames water paid the council a commission for collecting the water rates. We are now passing this commission on to tenants.
Payments will be processed later this year and you will be able to request this payment if your rent account is in credit.
If you have rent arrears, we will make the payment into your rent account and send you what’s left over.
