From the 21st March 2022, tenants of Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) may be contacted by phone or email, to be asked their views on their homes and THH as their landlord.
This survey is independent of THH, and is being run by IFF research on behalf of the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Representatives of IFF research will contact tenants to determine how THH are performing in regard to the commitments set out by the Social Housing White Paper.
The survey will cover the 5 key themes of the Social Housing White Paper:
- keeping properties in good repair
- maintaining building safety
- respectful and helpful engagement
- responsible neighbourhood management
- and effective handling of complaints.
Tenant feedback will be kept anonymous and will not be shared with anyone outside DLUHC. It will be used to ensure there is a representative voice across all social housing tenants, and allow all future improvements to tenant satisfaction and experiences to be properly measured.
