Reporting emergency and essential repairs

Tower Hamlets Homes are prioritising emergency and essential repairs at this time due to the ongoing pandemic. If you are reporting non-emergency repairs you should do so using MyTHH. This will help us ensure all urgent and emergency repairs are attended to as quickly as possible.

Currently our contact centre is experiencing high call volumes and this is causing longer than normal waiting times. Therefore please use our online service above to report non-emergency repairs.

Any repair that is not an emergency or an essential repair is unlikely to be completed within our normal timescales due to the pandemic and we do not expect a return to normal working arrangements until the pandemic eases.
