During this time, we are asking you to only ring us if you wish to report an emergency repair, an emergency communal cleaning problem, or anti-social behaviour on a Tower Hamlets Homes managed property or estate.
You will still be able to use the automated telephone payment system.
MyTHH will also be unavailable during this period as this will be affected by the maintenance work.
