Do you have a query about an existing repair?
As well as reporting new repairs, you can now easily send us an enquiry about an existing repair using MyTHH. Just login to MyTHH, choose My Repairs from the opening menu, select the repair that you want to enquire about and then select chase this repair. You will be able to ask us to change your appointment or tell us about a problem with the repair, for example if an operative called but you were not at home. The enquiry will immediately be sent to the Housing Service Centre, or in some cases directly to our contractor, and it will have all the necessary information we need to follow up your enquiry.
You can also use MyTHH to send us enquiries about other subjects, such as parking, garages, sheds and bike shelters. We will be developing more enquiry forms over the next few weeks, so watch this space
