The council have partnered with Hyperoptic and Community Fibre to bring free broadband connection to your home. The offer consists of a free 50 Mbps connection, for 12 months, with no installation costs.
Who is eligible?
In order to be eligible, you must:
- Be a council resident.
- Be signed up to MyHome if you aren’t already.
- Live in an area that is currently serviced by Hyperoptic or Community Fibre.
- Be in receipt of a means tested benefit and/or a disability related benefit.

What if I already have an existing contract?
Not a problem. You can either let us know you would like to be contacted when your current contract is over through our expression of interest form or sign up to two broadband connections at once.
