Latest Coronavirus Update:
England went into lockdown from Thursday 5 November and you can read the latest government guidance below:
The health and safety of our residents and staff remains our top priority. During these new measures, we will continue to deliver essential services, like emergency repairs, planned works, cleaning of estates and communal areas and estate inspections.
We will be delivering these services in a covid-secure way with a focus on health and safety, to make sure that all government guidance is followed.
In some instances, we may need to change the way we deliver our services. For example, caretakers will focus on cleaning high touchpoints like door handles, stair rails and lift buttons; this might mean less time is spent on external areas.
We continue to prioritise those who are vulnerable and are working in partnership with local community groups to ensure that vulnerable people in our homes can access food, medicine and other essentials. If you need to access these services, you can find out more on this page:
Please continue to use the website and MyTHH for reporting of non-emergency repairs, making payments, reporting ASB, and contacting us, rather than calling directly.
Our offices will remain closed in line with government guidance, but we will continue to deliver services from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an out of hours service for emergencies outside of those times. For emergency repairs you can call us on 020 7364 5015.
It’s easy to contact us in other ways:
To make a payment by debit card, anytime, call the council's automatic payment line on 020 7364 3800.
