We recently upgraded our online platform, MyTHH and we’re still working hard to give you better features so that the platform is quicker and easier to use.

One of the main things you’ve told us you want us to improve is our repairs reporting. And so, early next year we will be introducing an advanced system for reporting your repairs via MyTHH. The new system will ultimately let you send in pictures of the problem and let you book your own repair slots, greatly reducing the amount of time it takes to get your repair fixed.

Unfortunately, this upgrade means that we need to work on and take down, the current reporting system which lets you identify the repair issue by clicking on a series of images. Instead, we will be asking you to complete a form that has a series of questions about your repair; our staff will then assess your form and log your repair – contacting you if they need more information.

We appreciate that this may be frustrating but in the long-term, the advanced system will make repair reporting much quicker and simpler. We expect the new system to start to roll out by the end of February and thank you for your patience in the meantime.

To sign up for MyTHH (if you do not already have an account), simply visit my.thh.org.uk and follow the registration instructions. MyTHH lets you manage your rent, leasehold, garage, or parking account online, on the go, 24/7. For emergency repairs only, please continue to contact us on 020 7364 5015.
