How to join the scheme
When you call us to report a repair, just let us know that you would like to join the scheme. We will ask you to choose your own secure password. Choose something as easy as “Oranges” or “Lemons” or something more personal to you.
We only use your password once, so you will not have to remember it or write it down. You can choose a different password each time you need to call us.
Ask callers to your home for the password before you let them in
Ask the contractor to give you your password before letting them in. If the password is not provided or the operative does not show their ID card, do not let them into your home - instead call us.
