Repairs service - important information

Our repairs service is currently prioritising emergency and essential repairs. Non-emergency and routine repairs may be delayed

If you have reported a routine non-emergency repair to us then there may be a delay in it being completed.

The Coronavirus pandemic has caused issues with workloads for our contractor and we now have a large number of repair requests to deal with.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you whilst we clear the backlog of repairs and will resume usual service as soon as we can.

Please continue to report non-emergency repairs using MyTHH and you can also use this to check the status of existing repair requests.
