Registering for MyTHH is quick and easy- you only need a few pieces of basic information about yourself (and an email address) and you’ll be up and running in no time.
If you’re having any problems just follow our simple step-by-step guide:
Navigate to the homepage by adding my.thh.org.uk to a web browser. On the homepage, click 'create an account' at the very bottom of the page:
You’ll go through to the registration page where you’ll need to enter the following information:
- Your email address
- A password for the account (this must have at least 8 characters and include 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number)
Once you've entered this information, click 'next' and you'll see the 'check email' screen:
You'll then need to check the email account you registered with for a confirmation email so that you can complete the registration. (Please remember to check Spam folders for the email).
When you've located the email in your inbox, follow the instructions to verify and finish setting up your account:
Once you've followed the link in your email you'll be taken back to MyTHH to finish your registration:
You’ll need to associate the MyTHH account you have just created with your rent account or service charge account. To do this you’ll need to provide your Payment Reference number, if you’re a tenant, or for leaseholders your Account Number as printed on the invoices and statements we send you.
You’ll also need to enter your personal details including Surname, First Name and Date of Birth – we use these, with the Payment Reference/Account Number, to authenticate your identity against the details we hold in our systems to ensure you, and only you, have access to your own data.
Finally you’ll also need to specify a memorable question and answer and accept the Terms and Conditions and click FINISH.
You will then be taken back to the login screen where you can use the email address, password and memorable answer you have set to access your account.
