Whether you're delivering frontline services to residents or working in one of our support functions, we also offer a great place for you to learn and to progress your career.  As part of our team you will receive a full induction training programme, and access to our wide range of learning content as and when you need it.  We offer support with professional study and fees, a range of accredited qualification options, as well as access to external mentoring schemes and ‘fast track’ development programmes.

We're also increasingly flexible about how and where you work - whilst some of our roles are by their nature estate-based, a large number of our roles can be delivered on a "hybrid" basis involving a mix of working at home, working in our estates, and working at one of our offices (all of which have been recently refurbished).  When you do come into our offices, you'll see that they are a hive of activity, catering for all our staff with excellent facilities, including:

  • Modern kitchens, with free tea, coffee and milk
