Embracing equality is really important to all of us a Tower Hamlets Homes. Since 2017, all companies with 250 or more employees are required by law to report on the difference in pay between male and female staff. To do this we look at the mean (average hourly rate) and median (the middle hourly rate) pay gap, as well as the male to female ratio in each pay quartile of our workforce.
