Housing eXtra services – extra help and extra support for our
residents
We offer a wide range of extra help for our
residents - whether its advice about adapting your home to help you
stay independent or providing some of our information in large
print, audio tape or CD or Braille or our main community
languages.
We might also be able to provide extra support
if you’re over 16 and live in Tower Hamlets and you need support
with anything that may be affecting your housing, whether you rent
or own your home. This might be of help to you if you:
- experience physical and mental ill health
- feel isolated or alone
- use alcohol or drugs
- experience domestic violence
- have problems with a disability
- need help applying for benefits
- need support managing your rent arrears, service charge arrears
or other debts
