day
- a description of the problem and how serious it is, for example

Keeping you safe
To make sure our residents don’t fall prey to
bogus callers, all our repair contractors carry identity cards -
always ask to see it before letting anyone into
your home.
If the contractor can’t show you a card, or you have any
other reason to be suspicious, don’t let them in. Contact the
customer contact centre straight away on 0800 376 1637 or call the
Police.
Our residents' safety is important to us and we will investigate
all calls about bogus callers and, for your peace of mind and with
your agreement, we will call you back to keep you updated.
