Can you replace my kitchen cupboards?
The repair and replacement of kitchen
cupboards is normally the tenant's responsibility.
However, we will carry out repairs to kitchen
cupboard if you're over 60, or disabled (receiving disability
working allowance, disability living allowance, severe disability
allowance or incapacity benefit).
If you are responsible for damage to your
property or disrepair of it through neglect, we may carry out the
work for you, but charge you for
it.
