Property condition surveys
From time to time we need to carry out surveys
of the inside of resident’s homes. We may need to do this:
- to see how much work is needed before we carry out major
repairs
- to update our records on the condition of your home and plan
for future improvements
- to carry out specialist surveys e.g. to check for asbestos
If we need to carry out a survey of your home, we will tell you
in writing and arrange a convenient appointment.
