If you have a problem with your repair
appointment, the standard of work or our contractors, please tell
us so we can try and sort it out.

alternatively, tell us what the problem is using our
online enquiry form. We’ll get back to you within 24
hours.
If you tell us you were not happy with the
work or the contractor, you can expect us to investigate the
situation and inspect if it’s quality issue and put it right
if we agree it’s a problem.
