Keeping You Safe
When someone calls to do your repair always ask
to see and check their identification (ID) - all our repair
contractors carry ID cards to make sure you don’t fall prey to
bogus callers.
If the contractor can’t produce an ID card, do
not let them into your home. Contact us straight away on 0800 376
1637 or call the police.
Our residents' safety is important to us and
we will investigate all calls about bogus callers and, for your
peace of mind and with your agreement, we will call you back to
keep you updated.
