After your repair...

...let us know how we did

Your comments and views are important to us– they help us improve the service we give to you.

After your repair has been carried out we may telephone you to ask how we did and how satisfied you were with the work. We use an independent market research company to do this for us.

Our call should only take a few minutes.

Please take the time to let us know how we did. It is only by listening to our residents that we can find out what we are doing well and what we need to do better.

Problem with a repair? Let us know.

Inspecting for quality

We are constantly trying to improve our repair service to our residents. Our repairs inspectors check over 120 repairs each week to make sure that our contractors continue to meet the high standards our residents can expect.

Here’s the kind of thing they look for…..Tower Hamlets Homes repair inspectors

  • the quality of the repair
  • the work we asked the contractor to carry out has been completed
  • check you’re happy with the repair (if you tell us you were not happy with the work or the contractor, you can expect us to investigate the situation and inspect if it’s a quality issue and put it right if we agree it’s a problem.)

If we need to check a repair that’s been carried out, we’ll telephone you or, if it’s a large repair, we may need to visit.

When somone calls to inspect or carry out your repair always ask to see and check their identification. If the inspector or contractor can’t produce an ID card, do not let them into your home. Contact us straight away on
0800 376 1637, or call the police.
