Looking after your home is important to us and we aim to provide a reliable and quick repair service to help fix problems in your home and on your estate.

If anything goes wrong, our customer helpline is here to help you sort the problem out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Who is eligible for the repair service?

It is available to tenants and home owners in properties managed by Tower Hamlets Homes.

What we do:

• We carry out repairs to your home for Tower Hamlets council
• We carry out repairs to your block and estate for Tower Hamlets council
• We offer a 24 hour, seven days a week, telephone reporting service for your repairs
• We offer you a convenient choice of morning or afternoon appointments and compensation if we miss our appointment with you
• We inspect some repairs first before we raise an order if it’s not clear what the problem is
• We inspect some repairs afterwards to make sure they meet our standards and to investigate any complaints about poor quality
• We carry out a free gas safety service for you once a year
• We can give you advice about preventing condensation, damp and mould
