1 Install new metal railings between Redmill House and Berry House July 2011 GREEN CIRCLE We completed this action in July 2011
2 Bulk rubbish collection point next to Grindall House Nov 2011 blue dot When we spoke to residents in November 2011 they did not want a bulk rubbish collection point, so we decided not to go through with this action
3 Additional police patrols around the estate July 2011 GREEN CIRCLE We agreed additional police patrols in the area
4 Arrange for unauthorised occupants (squatters) to be evicted from occupied properties Nov 2011 GREEN CIRCLE We recovered 8 properties from one block in November 2011 following eviction of a number of unauthorised occupants
5 Tackle and reduce ASB around the neighbourhood March 2012 GREEN CIRCLE Reports of ASB declined following the eviction of unauthorised occupants (see above)
6 Bring back store sheds in use for Donegal House and Sovereign House July 2011 GREEN CIRCLE We completed this action in July 2011 and brought 30 sheds and 2 garages back into use 
7 Bring back store sheds in use for the rest of the Collingwood Neighbourhood March 2012 GREEN CIRCLE We completed this action and brought 10 sheds back into use
8 Install metal railing to booster pump room entrance at Ashington House Aug 2011 GREEN CIRCLE We completed this action in August 2011
