You can expect us to set up your direct debit payment within 5 working days of receiving your completed form.

In repsonse to requests from residents for an incentive to keep rent payments up to date there's a prize draw on offer for rent payers who use Direct Debit when paying their rent.

The Direct Debit Prize draw is for £50 voucher and will happen four times a year with four winners per draw.
