Tenants' and Residents' Associations
We support and work with any Tenants' and
Residents' Association in neighbourhoods we manage, as long
as:
- The association is open to all
tenants and leaseholders of the estate;
- The association has
an agreed set of rules (constitution) with us.
Each association must:
- Be accountable to its members - hold regular
meetings including an Annual General
Meeting. Provide members with an annual report;
- Elect a management committee and officers –
be responsible for making strategic decisions that affect the
Tenants' and Residents' Association and the local
community;
- Be representative of the people on the estate
and maintain open access to the Tenants' and Residents'
Association.
