residents to meet with officers on a regular basis to help
with the monitoring of services and to achieve service

Residents who are willing and able to commit

directly with staff and look at how other organisations have made
improvements. Coupled with their first hand experience of services

Each of these groups is chaired by a resident
and supported by the manager of the relevant service.
Membership of the service improvement groups currently
involves attending an evening meeting every month.
