Service Improvement Groups
Taking part in a Service Improvement Group means you
have an opportunity to directly influence how we plan and
develop our services.
You will have access to training as well as an
opportunity to get involved, learn new skills, meet new people
and gain valuable experience.
Each Service Improvement Group is made up of
residents from across the borough and is supported by senior
staff from the relevant service.
As a member of a Service Improvement Group you will:
- Get a better understanding of how we do
things;
- Receive regular performance reports;
- Work directly with staff and look at how
other organisations have made improvements.
We have seven Service Improvement
Groups:
Each group is chaired by a resident. If you are a member of
a Service Improvement Group you must be prepared
to attend an evening meeting every month. For more
information, get in touch.
