How do I find out about training for residents?
We would like you to get involved in improving
housing services but realise that you might want to develop certain
skills in order to contribute fully. Whether this is in public
speaking, for example or committee skills, improving your writing
skills or computer training, we may be able to help.
To ensure that you are automatically sent
details of all training available why not join our
Getting Involved Register? Alternatively,
you can contact the Resident Engagement Team for details of our
training programme.
I don’t have much spare time but would still like to be
involved in shaping Housing Services. How can I take part?
We realise that people lead busy lives. With
this in mind we have developed the Getting Involved Register. When
you sign up you can choose how, when and what you get involved in,
from filling out an occasional survey to taking part in workshops
or focus groups. Read more>
I would like to find out more about
Tenant Management Organisations (TMO), where can I go for more
information?
We have dedicated liaison officers for TMO’s.

Engagement Team.
