Get involved

Residents are at the heart of housing and we
aim to offer a wide range of ways for you to get involved - in
the way that suits you.
Whether it’s exchanging information or ideas,
taking part in the occasional survey, or getting actively involved
on a regular basis – your input can make a real difference and is
central to improving and maintaining high
standards.

Getting Involved Register
Want to get involved and have a say on how services can be
improved? Why not join our Getting Involved Register?
Our Getting Involved
Register is the chance for tenants and
home owners to be included on a whole range of issues, whether it's
attending workshop sessions or open days, completing surveys
through the post or on the telephone.
When you join the register, you can tell
us how, when, and how often you would like to get involved.
And to help you make the most of your input, we offer free training
courses and information sessions. Read more about free training
courses>
Who is eligible for the service?
The resident engagement service is available to
tenants and home owners in properties managed by Tower Hamlets
Homes.
What we do
As well offering a wide range of ways
for you to get involved, we also:
- develop and look after the
Housing Consultation diary
- run workshops, focus groups, surveys and report back to
residents
- encourage, support and monitor Tenant and Resident
Associations
- oversee and monitor right to manage process, governance
of Tenant Management Organisations and operation of Tenant
Management Organisations agreements.
More information
You can find more information about the
various opportunities for involvement by contacting the resident
engagement team. They can help you choose how to get involved,
and keep you up to date with what’s happening in housing.
