You will have the energy and drive to be part of the development of a comprehensive, professional and customer focused Human Resource & Organisational Development service.

You will need to be able to co-ordinate the organisation’s annual Learning & Development plan, contributing to managing change and supporting the organisation move forward on a continuous improvement path.
You will be passionate about designing, commissioning, developing, delivering and evaluating a wide range of Learning & Development methods and programmes, along with having a track record of influencing and enabling managers and teams to be the best they can be.
