Introduction to Value for Money action in Tower Hamlets

Tower Hamlets Homes is committed to providing
excellent housing services to residents, while at the same time
delivering value for money.
The demand for our services is increasing;
however resources are limited, so as an organisation we are
constantly looking for savings that can be re-invested into our
front-line services.
Therefore, to meet this challenge; the
efficient management of resources remains one of Tower Hamlets
Homes highest priorities.
Value for money is driven by the
Value
for Money Strategy which outlines how Tower Hamlets
Homes aims to achieve value for money, while the Value for
Money Action Plan is a detailed plan that will achieve
the objectives set in the value for money strategy.
The current value for money strategy was
approved by the Board in September 2009, and will be reviewed by
the Board in March 2010.
