How we can help if you do not speak or understand English
Tower Hamlets Homes is committed to ensuring that everyone has
equal access to its services. With this in mind, we are able to
provide a range of interpretation and translation services, free of
charge, to people who do not speak or understand English.
If you have an appointment with Tower Hamlets Homes or if you
need a letter or publication explained, we can arrange for a face
to face professional interpreter to help you.
For some languages, we have provided links to a service called
‘Google Translate’ which translates websites into a wide number of
languages. As this translation is produced by machines, it is
not always 100% accurate.

For issues that are complicated, or for languages that Google
