Paying your rent by Direct Debit
Direct debits are a great way of
avoiding queues and carrying cash around, as well as making sure
you don’t miss a payment. Banks only charge 2p, which means
more of your rent goes on services. And they’re backed by the
direct debit guarantee, which means if we make a mistake - you get
your money back.
You can choose to pay monthly on the
5th or 20th of the month.
And you don’t even need your rent payment card.
To pay your rent by direct debit, simply complete a
direct debit application form and return it to us.
You can expect us to set up your direct debit payment within 5
working days of receiving your completed form.
