Pay your service charge

 

Tower Hamlets Homes offers lots of ways to pay your service charge so you have a way convenient for you which helps you pay your service charge on time.


Debit or Credit Card

You can make a payment with your Debit Card by calling 020 7364 3800.

This is a 24 hour automated service and you will need a touch-tone phone to use it. Please have your debit or credit card and your invoice number to hand when you call.

(Please note the Issuers fee of 1.35% is charged for credit card transactions)

 

Automatic Telling Machines

You can pay by cash or cheque at the Automatic Telling Machines (ATM) available at:

Bank Giro Credit

You can use the Bank Giro Credit slip to pay by cash or cheque at any bank. A small charge may be made by the bank for this service.

 

Standing Order

If you prefer to pay by standing order, please take the instalment slips to your bank in order to set this up.

  • The Invoice Number you wish to pay

At any Post Office

Complete the Giro form (available at any Post Office) and quote:

  • Giro Account No: 508/5217
  • The Invoice Number you wish to pay
  • A small charge will be made by the Post Office for this service.

 

By Post

You should make cheques and postal orders payable to London Borough of Tower Hamlets. And send them to:

Please remember to write your invoice number and name and address on the back of the cheque.

Tear off the payment slip and send it with your payment. We do not send receipts for postal payments unless you send a stamped, addressed envelope.
