Requesting a rent statement

We will send you a rent statement on behalf of the council, 4 times a year. This statement will show recent payments due to the council, and recent payments made, including any housing benefit.

You can ask for an extra rent statement, at any time, by using our online enquiry form or  contacting the rent arrears team on:

020 7364 3366 (if you live in Stepney & Wapping or South Poplar)

020 7364 3333 (if you live in Bow & North Poplar or Bethnal Green)

You can expect a statement to be sent to you within 3 working days of your request.
