Pay your rent online
You can pay your rent on line, free of charge, 24 hours a day,
365 days a year. We offer a secure online payment facility, in
partnership with allpayments, designed to
accept, authorise and process rent payments for you.
To use allpayments you will need access to the internet, a valid
email address, a Tower Hamlets council payment card and a
current debit card.
To pay your rent online simply follow the on screen
instructions. If your payment is successful, you will receive an
email as confirmation of payment. Keep it safe. You may need it
later as proof of payment.
Help for first time users to
allpayments:
- log onto allpayments
(click the logo at the bottom of the page)
- enter your 19 digit card
number (longest number on your payment card)
- click Login.
- enter a password of your
choice and have a valid email address ready to receive an
email receipt after payment is made
Allpayments accepts Visa debit, Delta, Switch (Maestro) and
Solo cards.
