We've won £50 for having our say!

Linda Quane and Alice Irving, residents from Bethnal Green, found themselves the lucky  of £50 last week, after completing the STATUS tenants’ survey - a survey that we carry out every year to get feedback from tenants about our services.

The lucky winners’ names were drawn from approximately 3000 questionnaires that were sent to randomly selected tenants. Both Linda and Alice said that winning the prize was a great surprise and that they’d put the money to good use! Alice said: “I’ve just recent become unemployed so the money is going to be really helpful”.  Whilst Linda told us” I am going to be spending my money on a birthday present for my grandson!”

Alice and Linda were presented with their cheques by Chief Executive, Gavin Cansfield. He said “The survey’s findings are extremely important to us. By asking residents what they want and not assuming we know means that residents can point us in the right direction towards improving our services to them.”
