We're accredited!

Tower Hamlets Homes has been accredited by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) under the Housing Management Accreditation Scheme. The achievement came after a rigorous assessment of our services by the Tenants Services Authority (TSA), on behalf of the HCA.

The accreditation means we are able to deliver management services to the 26 new homes the Council is planning to build as part of its over-crowding reduction strategy, and which will be funded by the Government.

The scheme is all about making sure that all residents of social housing, regardless of their landlord, receive high quality services and to the same levels.

“This is a real achievement for Tower Hamlets Homes and shows that we are on the right track. It also means we get to play a bigger part in helping the Council deliver its over-crowding reduction strategy for Tower Hamlets.” said Jamie Carswell, Director of Strategy and Performance.
