As part of National Tree Week,
Breathing Places brings you Tree O'Clock – a world record attempt
to plant a million trees in one hour across the
UK.
Tower Hamlets Homes is taking part. Join us by
planting a tree on Saturday 5 December 2009. Together we might even
help to break a Guinness World Record, for the most number of trees
planted within one hour!
Learn something on
the way
Take part and learn something new about the
benefits of trees. It's easy to get involved.
When
The event takes place on 5th December 2009,
11am -12 noon.
Where
It can be anywhere that would benefit from
having trees i.e. community gardens, lottery projects, parks,
library gardens, school gardens, even individual gardens.
Guidelines are available to download, with advice about selecting
suitable sites and trees
