SeeMyData for tenants
If you are a tenant you can look up your rent account and repairs
online.
We have introduced a new service called SeeMyData that
allows you to:
- Check your rent balance online
- Check recent payments to your account, including housing
benefits
- Raise a repair online
- Track the progress of your repairs
All you have to do is sign up for the service
and you can have 24 hour online secure access to your rent account
and repairs. You will need access to a computer with an internet
connection.
How do I register for the
service?
Visit the THH website link page to the
SeeMyData site at
www.towerhh.seemydata.co.uk
or for more information email seemydata@towerhamletshomes.org.uk. Please
include your name and address in the email and a registration form
and pre paid reply envelope will be sent to you.
How does this affect
leaseholders?
Leaseholders
will be able to access this service later this year. We
are currently working on allowing leaseholders access to the system
to view garage, parking space and store shed accounts as well
as communal repairs.
