Tell us what you think about your housing services and you
could win £50!
Tower Hamlets Council has asked Ipsos MORI to carry out
an independent survey of tenant satisfaction with the housing
services provided by Tower Hamlets Homes on its behalf. The survey,
which gets underway this month, is a real opportunity for tenants
to have their say about their housing service.
The questions, set by the government, cover topics such as
service satisfaction, value for money, quality of housing,
vandalism and graffiti, ease of contacting staff, satisfaction with
repairs and customer involvement.
Questionnaires are now being sent to a randomly selected sample
of tenants across the borough.Tenants who return the questionnaire
will be automatically entered into a draw and could win one of four
£50 prizes!.
Tenants' views are very important to us and will help us make
improvements in the housing services that they receive. Watch out
for the results of the survey which will be published in our
residents' newsletter- Open Door - in the near future.
