Preparing for inspection
This month the whole organisation is being put
under the microscope in an indicative inspection. It is our first
step on the road to achieving 3-stars and will run exactly like the
real Audit Commission inspection in June 2010.
We are having an indicative inspection now so
that we can see whether we’re on the right track and to have a
third party pinpoint exactly where we need to improve.
Last week, the Audit Commission inspectors walked around
our neighbourhoods visiting Sidney, Cranbrook (pictured) and Berner
Estates. This gave them the chance to get an understanding of some
of the challenges we face, as well as a chance to see our successes
to date.
