Getting around on foot in all weathers can be difficult at the
best of ti
mes, so when six new bikes arrived at THH last week
housing officers spotted the chance to use the bikes to get around
their neighbourhoods quicker.

who is training to be a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, was first
off the mark.
“Colin’s really keen to take his cycle
proficiency test and get cycling,” said Area Neighbourhood Housing
Manager, Karen Day.
“We are really excited about the bikes. They
will make it much quicker for us to get around and visit residents
- and as an added bonus we’ll keep fit in the process!”
