Our promise to you
At Tower Hamlets Homes we want all residents to receive great
services. Our new customer promise, launched this month, tells you
about the standard of service you can expect from us.
Developed with residents from our Getting
Involved Register and Service Improvement Group, the Customer
Promise applies to all staff who work for Tower Hamlets Homes. We
believe that the best way to deliver great services is by listening
to what you have to tells us and then acting on it – so, if we
don’t meet the promise, let us know.
