Now you see it..............now you don't!

Our mobile caretaking support team receive a big thank
you for work at Farthing Fields, Wapping last
week.
Accidents do happen as they say, and when a pot of paint was
dropped in the lobby of Farthing Fields last week by one of our
residents, our caretaking support team were on the case within
minutes!
“The paint had gone everywhere - down the
internal stairs, through the lobby and even outside to the chute.
It was a real hazard for residents.” said technical services
contract administrator Terry Nichols.
“I got onto the caretaking support team
straight away. They arrived within minutes and
cleared it up in no time. It was fantastic to see them do
such a great job” he added.
We have a team of 18 mobile workers who work
across our housing estates. Their role includes clearing up spills
and stains; removing bulk rubbish; cleaning graffiti from walls and
pathways and much, much more.
Paul Herbert, caretaking manager, said:” As
always, Brian and Keith (pictured above) did a great job and the
response time was really fast. By dealing with these types of
emergencies and additional cleaning work, the support teams allow
caretakers to concentrate on their own tasks and on meeting their
own targets”.
