Tower Hamlets Homes really values residents’ feedback. It’s your comments that helps shape our services.

We’re looking for tenants and leaseholders who have something to say about the services they receive from us and who want to be involved in making sure we provide the best repairs service we can.

We want you to help us make sure that our repairs performance and service meets your needs. 

We want to hear your views on repairs, appointments, performance, repair initiatives and lots more.

 

 

Here’s how to get involved:

Meetings will be between 9am to 5am and will usually last between 1 and 2 hours.
