Water Leaks

If you are a tenant or leaseholder, and you think you have a water leak, please contact us in the first instance.  We will be able to either come and fix the leak, if it is our responsibility, or advise you who to contact. 

If you are a leaseholder and the leak is your responsibility, Thames Water may be able to help you. If your water supply pipe serves your property alone, they offer a subsidy of £215 to fully replace the supply pipe between the edge of the public highway and the inside stop valve, or £95 for a single repair.  This is for the first repair/replacement only.

The water industry is regulated by OFWAT.
