Monday 18th July saw the fourth of
our 'Meet the Board' events, looking at how Tower Hamlets Homes
approaches 'Community Regeneration'. Residents
from the 'Getting Involved Register' joined Board members
and staff to discuss how we can create opportunities for residents
and the wider community to make a difference to their local
area.
Topics discussed included how we can
help bring communities together and 'build bridges'
between different groups, the importance of a 'shared ownership' of
our approach between THH and residents and a recognition that
in a time of financial difficulty it's important to use all of
our resources well.
